Precautions for construction of PE pipe fittings:

PE pipe fittings are an indispensable part of PE pipe construction, and the connection between pipes and PE pipe fittings is particularly important.

1. When splicing in cold weather (less than -5 degrees) and windy environment, maintenance measures should be taken or the splicing process should be adjusted.

2. Corresponding special heating machines should be used according to different interface methods, and open flames should not be used to heat pipes and PE pipe fittings!

3. Pipes and fittings of the same brand and matching performance should be used for the pipes that have been fused and connected. Pipes and fittings with similar performance must be tested and qualified before the construction can be stopped.

4. Before connecting PE pipes and pipe fittings, PE pipes, PE pipe fittings and facilities and equipment should be inspected according to the design requirements, and the inspection should be carried out before the construction site.
